Half-open limit fix 4.1

“Aumenta el límite de conexiones TCP/IP de XP y Vista”

Por supuestas razones de seguridad, Microsoft limitó el número de conexiones TCP/IP simultáneas de XP y Vista a tan sólo diez. Este número irrisorio dificulta el uso de servidores y programas P2P.

Half-open limit fix es una herramienta que parchea el fichero de sistema tcpip.sys para modificar el número de conexiones máximas permitidas sin ningún efecto secundario. Se trata de una maniobra sencilla y segura.

Tras iniciar Half-open limit fix, lo primero que debes hacer es elegir el idioma. El cuadro principal te mostrará el límite actual, que puede refrescarse con el botón Actualizar. En el cuadro de Límite nuevo, Half-open limit fix sugiere un valor estándar de cien conexiones, pero puedes cambiarlo a tu antojo.

Cuando hayas elegido un nuevo valor, pulsa Agregar a tcpip.sys para que Half-open limit fix parchee el fichero. A diferencia de otros parches, Half-open limit fix dispone de un botón para restaurar el archivo original, algo muy útil si quieres volver a la situación original.

Si te aparece el error "TCP/IP alcanzó el límite de seguridad impuesto" mientras usas un programa P2P o un servidor de ficheros, Half-open limit fix es la solución más rápida y fiable.

Necesitarás permisos de administrador en XP y Vista para que la operación tenga éxito
Es posible que salte una falsa alarma de virus. Se puede ignorar: el programa es seguro
Si tras actualizar Vista te aparece una nota de versión de Windows en el Escritorio, parchea otra vez
